We are seeking an office mate for our new building space, located at 938 Forest Ave, for a total of 6 professionals. Five of us have already signed a three year lease, and the sixth person will also sign on. Aside from psychotherapists, we are also open to bodyworkers, acupuncturists, nutritionists, herbalists, etc., so please forward to any friends who might be a good fit for this beautiful office space.

Work is already underway for carpet removal and restoration of the hardwood floors (where possible); fresh paint soon to follow.
The room that is available is the downstairs room on the right after the entry. This room has beauiful stain glass lining the 3 bay windows. You can see it in the video posted below (we don't have photos yet of this room), at 46 seconds into the video, and it is also pictured below. The dimensions of this room are approximately 12 x 11’ 6'.
The cost for this room will be $590, including all utilities. We will have nominal costs for teas, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. that would be shared among the group. Additionally we’ll share the cost for internet. Four of the rooms will have a higher rental rate, as they are larger; two of the rooms are at this rate.
The lease start date is December 1, and it is a 3-year lease.
