In UZAZU Embodied Intelligence, moving through the Four Areas of Embodiment help us to embody the states associated with self/other (back/forward) and sensing/action (down/up). Deb will guide you through these areas and then offers a brief practice for use anytime, in order to help 'remind' the body-mind of its options and capabilities for moving through life.
